Google home hub display works but speakers don’t. Reset and unplugged

Speakers will not work I’ve factory reset, unplugged.. etc etc. display works great and it can pick up voice just no sound coming back

Thanks for visiting the community.

I know how challenging it can be when you're having issues with your Google Nest Hub. A few questions: when did the issue start? Which Nest Hub do you have (1st or 2nd gen)? Are there any sounds when you restart your device? Please try checking the volume of your device by pressing the volume button up on the side. If it's still the same, please proceed with resetting your Google Nest Hub by pressing and holding both volume buttons together, at the back of the Nest Hub, for about 10 seconds. You'll hear your Google Assistant confirm that it's resetting the Nest Hub.
