Hello, I want to change the time format to 24 hours. I entered the Google home app, I chose the device and hit the settings icon, but it's blank, it doesn't show anything. I must mention that the app is updated, there are no pending updates. What can I do?

Sorry to hear that you're having issues accessing your device settings on the Google Home app. To confirm, have you tried using a different phone to isolate the issue? Also, please make sure that the mobile data on your phone is off.

Hi Muddi,

I think the mobile data was the problem, although I was connected to wifi. The problem is now resolved, thank you!
