Google nest heb showing black screen when someone rings nest doorbell

I bought a nest doorbell (battery). The issue is when someone rings the doorbell or when I ask to stream the live feed from the doorbell on the nest heb. It will start to display a black screen and yell out that there is someone at the door. I can access the live feed from the google home app tho.

Thanks for posting — let's sort this out.

Quick question; have you tried to reboot your router? Is this the first time it happened? Also, try unplugging the device and plug it on a different wall outlet.

Hey Bvhorebeek,

Checking back in to see if rebooting your router and trying different outlets helps. If the issue persists, try resetting your Google Nest Hub to its default settings.
