Can I schedule the automatic updates?

Hello,

I use the nest hub as a baby monitor. My app syncs into it and it works great.. until the middle of the night, when updates happen. The whole problem is, it resets and the baby camera is no longer on. Is there a way to stop this, or at least change the time that it does this to daytime when I don’t use it?

Thanks for reaching out.

While updates are automatic and sent over the air, we don't have a way to schedule it on your device. You can do it on your Google Home app but not on the Google Nest Hub device. By the way, what country are you located in?

Hey SpinK,

Sorry for the confusion. What I mean is that you can turn off automatic updates for your Google Home app but not for Google Nest devices. We're always looking for ways to improve and we'll take it as feedback.
