Look and talk stopped working

This has been working fine, but suddenly it stopped working. The dots show that I am looking at the screen, and the color bars show I am speaking, but it just doesn't respond. The app clearly shows the function is turned on.

Thanks for sharing details about the issue here. I know how challenging it is when the look and talk feature of your Google Nest Hub Max is not working. A few questions: when did the issue start? What country are you located in? What is the language set on your device? Do you have multiple languages set on your Nest Hub Max? Also, please share the troubleshooting steps that you've done.
