Inactivity timeout

I just got a nest 2nd gen smart display. It's kinda cool, but...

If I call up a recipe, then wait a bit (10 min) it defaults to a clock screen. It generally takes more then 10 min to cook dinner. Also, I have to search for the recipe again as there is no history button. A real PITA.

Can I set the timeout to 1 hour (or more) or better yet infinity?

Does it have the same behavior as before?
Does it happen to all recipes and cooking partners?
What is the current firmware version of your Nest Hub (2nd gen)?
