Hi,

I believe I saw free youtube premium message while setting up my nest hub max. I don't see an option now. Is there a way I could claim that offer?

Thanks for reaching out.

Did you successfully set up your device? Give these steps a try:

Make sure the customer uses the Google Home app, when they try to access or redeem the promo.
Reboot the device: Unplug it from the power source >wait 15 seconds > plug it back in.
Check for offers from the Offers page or Feed tab.
If you still can't see the offer, try resetting your Google Nest Hub Max to see if it will appear once you set up your device again.
