Lenovo clock 2 or Nest Clock (siriusxm app support?)

I understand the devices can play YouTube music which is great but my wife has an Altec Lancing speaker with Chromecast/Bluetooth built in. She likes to stream her audio from her phone to the speaker from the SiriusXM app to the speaker. Will any of these smart clocks stream music from an app like that over to the speaker? We want to eliminate the need to use the phone.
