We want more Family Bell step-by-step options

Hello. My children really enjoy the Family Bell Step-by-Step. I set up the first two offered in my Google Assistant settings under Family Bell. We would like to add more, but there does not appear to be an option to add more Step-by-step bells. My app is updated. Please help

Hey Cassafrass,

To make sure, have you tried these steps?

On a mobile device, open the Google Home app.
On the upper right corner of the screen, tap the account icon > Assistant settings > Family Bell.
Tap Add a bell and enter the announcement details.
Tap Create new bell.
- When a bell is announced, a notification will appear on the mobile device.

Tip: At the bottom of the Family Bell screen, customers can quickly add suggested bells to their schedule like meal and break times.

But how do you add steps to the bell? We'd like an after school bell with steps like the morning bell.

Yes I did all the steps. I have made many family bells and I am very familiar with it. The issue is not having an option to add any more step-by-step bells. Here is a screen shot.

Exactly. I can add as many family bells as I want... But I (we) cannot add more step-by-step family bells.

I've only had the option of adding and editing the two generic step-by-step bells. There has never been an option to add steps to a family bell.

No, you misunderstood me. I am only able to have two step-by-step bells with up two 5 steps each. I want to add more step-by-step family bells.

Thanks for clarifying. After trying to add a bell, we were able to we were able to add up to 8 steps. Is there any way that you can try to use a different phone to compare what you are seeing on the other phone?

It's the same on my husbands phone. I cannot add more than the 2 step-by-step bells

We can confirm that we can only create 2 step by step options on family bell. With regards to that, it would be best to send a feedback from your end and let's all hope that this feature would be available in the future.
