Camera always loading

I am trying to connect to my Google Home max camera from my iPhone. I Don’t get a live feed. I get the loading spinning circle . I also cannot speak Using the microphone icon. Any help?

To confirm, are you trying to stream your Nest Camera to your device? Are you using the Google Nest Hub Max display? If possible, could you try sending us a picture of what's showing on your device? It will help us to have a better idea of what's going on.
