Nest Camera not staying connected to nest hub

I have an indoor camera I want to stream to the nest hub. It connects but then crashes. It only happens on the older hub. On the new hub it streams all night as expected. How do I prevent this video stream cutting out or crashing all together?

I know how it feels when something isn’t working as it should, let’s get this resolved. Let's reboot both your Google Nest Hub and your WiFi to refresh the devices. If that did not work try to do the full reset on your Google Nest Hub and set it up again as new device and let's observe if this will fix the issue.

Hey Juni

I've rebooted everything multiple times. My newer (gen 2) nest home hub works great. We turn it on at night and it lasts all night.

After rebooting the older hub one more time, it still cut out within less than 5 minutes.

Chiming in, a few questions: when did the issue start? How far is your Nest Hub (1st gen) from the router? Also, what is the current firmware and operating system version of your 1st gen Nest Hub?

The 1st gen Nest Hub is about 4 feet from the router, it's also the main router of the Nest Wifi. This issue started since I installed the camera about a year ago. I'm not sure the OS but the system firmware is 7.20220419.2.166. Also the cast firmware is 1.62.312297
