Nest audio not powering on.

Hi all.

I have two nest audios set up as a pair. Today for no reason at one has stopped working completely.

I have unplugged it etc however there is no response, no lights coming , nothing.

The other speaker in the pair works fine.

Just hoping someone has tips on what to do.

Thanks for visiting the Community.

Sorry to hear about your Google Nest Audio, but thanks for bringing this up. A few questions: Is it plugged directly into a wall outlet or surge protector? When the speaker is plugged into the wall outlet, does it show any LED lights that indicate that it has power? Are other devices able to receive power from the same outlet? Are you using the official power adapter that came with the speaker? Have you tried another outlet? Also, was there any type of electrical outage around the time the issue began?

Please try these steps below:

Plug your Nest Audio into a different wall outlet.
Note: Make sure they are not connected to a surge protector to rule out all other hardware.
Discharge the speaker:
1. Unplug the power adapter from the outlet and the speaker.
2. Leave it unplugged for 20 seconds.
3. Plug the power adapter into the speaker or display.
4. Plug the other end of the power adapter into a wall outlet that works.
5. Check if any LED lights would appear on the back of the speaker.
Please try the power adapter from the one that currently works to isolate the issue.

Thank you for your help. I have done all the steps and nothing changes. The power cable is fine , I tried it on both speakers and the other one works. It's very odd as nothing has happened, was not dropped etc just stopped working.

I have same issue, also teo6speakers one suddenly stop working and I did all steps you said

I'm in the UK. I brought mine from the retailer Currys. I brought them in the 12 November 2020.

I'm in the US, my nest audio was gifted to me. So I only know it was brand new and bought in the US too.

My Google Nest Audio suddenly went out too. It was plugged in working one day and now its still plugged in and not working. I've plugged it into the wall, into a surge protector, I unplugged it for an hour. I tried the troubleshooting steps and nothing. I purchased it from the Google Store (online) just over a year ago. (June 16th 2021).
