ZOOM option missing under Video & Voice Apps on Android version of Home app

When I go into the Google Home App > Settings > Voice and Video Calls > Video & Voice Apps -- ZOOM is not available (only Google Meet). I have the most recent updates of both apps (Google Home and ZOOM). Does anyone have any ideas how to get the zoom app working?

When you say "Zoom is not available" do you mean the option is not even available on the screen? If so, perhaps it's missing in the Android version. On iOS, under Settings | Communication | Video & Voice Apps, our screen looks like this, and if I select "Zoom" I get a screen to link to Zoom.

Indeed, ZOOM app is installed on android phone, but the ZOOM app is totally missing (only shows Google Meet).

I'm guessing you shouldn't even have to have the Zoom app installed to see the "Zoom" option, since its purpose is to enable Zoom calls on your Nest Hub Max.

You could try deleting and re-installing the Google Home app just in case that's the problem

Otherwise I would suggest editing the title of your original post to say something like: "ZOOM option missing under Video & Voice Apps on Android version of Home app". I don't know if it's missing on all Android versions, but it is certainly missing on yours. Good luck.

@GarrettDS , this missing option to link to Zoom was first reported over a year ago, and you replied on the earlier post in 2021; is there any update on why it's missing?

@2realist4u, that certainly hasn't been easy for you ― a few questions: what android phone do you use? Do you have an active Google Nest device? Could you send me a screenshot on the part where it's not showing the Zoom card on your Home app but before that, kindly double-check the firmware version of your Home app and do an update if needed be,
