Back light not turning off on Lenovo clock

As the title said, my Lenovo smart clock light will not turn off, even when I give the command to turn off. I have both restarted and unplugged it many times

@Joemama1, thanks for posting. A few things: was this feature working before? If so, were there any recent changes made before the issue started? Did you try to fully reset your Lenovo smart clock and set it up as a new device?

Hey juni,

This feature was working until I added my light strips back after I had moved. That is what I did

Chiming in, please note that we have very limited support on third party speakers with built-in Google Assistant like Lenovo. It is best if you can reach out to them for better assistance.
