Hi all, I need a replacement cable for my Nest Hub Max 2nd gen. I can't seem to find one online for Au connections.

Any ideas?

Thanks for reaching out. While we don't sell or replace Google Nest Hub Max power cable and adapter, you could try looking for any third-party power cable. Check the specifications here. Would you mind telling us what happened to your Nest Hub Max cable?

Hi Alex,

Unfortunately my cat knocked the hub down from a shelf and my dog chewed the cable (it was disconnected from the power outlet).

Unfortunately, despite my best efforts, I've been unable to find a replacement. I got a few adaptors that met the DC & power requirements but not the connection. I couldn't get one to fit. Any ideas?
