Different speakers with different spotify accounts

I have 4 devices in my home i JBL speaker with Google assistant in the kitchen and 2 google nests in my younger children's rooms and my eldest has a google nest hub.

Currently all set up under my google home.

What I want to do it have each devices to connect to separate spotify accounts so they can all listen to their own music.

I need step by step instructions on how to do this as I have been going around in circles for over an hour trying to work it out and getting nowhere.

Each child has their own email address and we have spotify family so each has their own spotify account.

Please help
