Hey Marbo,

That certainly hasn't been easy for you — let's see what's going on.

A quick question: when did it start happening? Is it also happening with other music provider?

Give these steps a try:

Make sure your apps are updated.

Try rebooting your Google Nest Hub and router to refresh the connection.

If you'll get the same result, try unlinking your Apple Music account and before linking it back, try signing out from it first.

Let us know how it goes.

Best,

I used to be able to browse some of my Apple Music playlists/stations on my Google Home display. They would appear at the bottom of the screen while streaming Apple Music. This suddenly stopped working.

Hi Alex,

Thanks for your suggestions. I had tried restarting the device, unlinking Apple Music but to no avail. I noticed the other evening that our internet connection was very slow so I ended up rebooting the router to correct that problem and lo and behold, the next time I played Apple Music, the problem was resolved. 🤷‍♂️
