Nest hub cannot see nest max hub cam

Hey,

I have just brought a nest hub which is used upstairs, which I have set up fine. However I cannot view the camera on it, that’s linked to my best max hub downstairs. On my screen if has the option to view it. But when I press it nothing happens.

any help would be great.

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community.

I know how it feels when something isn’t working as it should, so let’s get this resolved. A few things: are you able to stream your Nest Hub Max camera from your Google Home app? When you use voice command to stream from your Nest Hub is it working?

You can do a sequential reboot. First, unplug your Nest Hub and Nest Hub Max for 30 seconds, then do the same thing on your Wi-Fi router to refresh both devices and your Wi-Fi signal.
