(model name, generation number)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Is your speaker&amp;nbsp;powering on?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;What error message are you getting from the speaker? What does it say?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Have you tried connecting your devices to a mobile hotspot?
