Out of the box had issues with setup. I was unable to link spotify and other apps upon logging in and authorizing access within the apps and other services. Decided to do a factory reset to solve the problem and lost my disney plus and hulu apps. They are still available through cast but it is far less convenient

We're sorry to hear about this experience. Could you please tell us what country are you located at? Do you get any prompts from the Home app every time you try to link your accounts? Lastly, what phone do you use for setting up the Google Nest speaker? We'd love to know more about it so we can start some steps.
