Getting the channel guide for Youtube TV

I just got a Nest hub max and I'm trying to set it up. YoutubeTV is my first priority. I do have a premium account associated with my gmail account. I am able to launch YTTV but can't figure out how to display the channel guide.

Referring to these instructions https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9455045?hl=en

"What's on TV?"
"Show me the TV guide."
"Open the TV listings."
"What's on YouTube TV?"

When I try any of those phrases the response is I don't know or brings up wikipedia.

If I tap on the screen I do get some tiles of other programs but not a guide to choose what I want.

Thanks for the details you provided. We’d be happy to look into this for you. You can check the my activity section on your Google Home app to see the command your Google assistant recognized and see if it’s accurate. See the steps below on how to check it.

Check Google Assistant activity history

Open the Google Home app .
At the top-right, tap the account.
Tap My Activity .

You can do a sequential reboot. First, unplug your Nest Hub Max for 30 seconds, then do the same thing on your Wi-Fi router to refresh both devices and your Wi-Fi signal. Once done try the commands again.
