When trying to set a timer using voice commands on a Google Nest Hub, the response I am getting is "Sorry I couldn't create that timer". This is a new problem, as this feature previously worked. Is anyone else experiencing the same problem or better yet found a solution?

Thank you for reaching out. I can understand your concern of not being able to set a timer on your Google Nest Hub. That is a very important issue, and I would be more than happy to help you. First, I have some questions.

Which Google Nest Hub is this post in regard to? (model name, generation number)
Is your device powering on and working normally besides this issue?
Is your device showing up in the Google Home App?
Are you receiving any error messages when you try to make a timer? What does it say?
Have you tried to conduct a reboot or a Factory Data Reset on the Google Nest Hub? Are there any improvements?
- A factory reset will reset your Google Nest or Home speaker or display to its default factory settings.
- Note: This action will clear your data from the device and can't be undone.
