I noticed this bug too. And I have just tested, the command "Set a sleep timer for X minutes" does NOT set a sleep timer although the speaker replies with "I'll stop playing in X minutes". If you ask "How much time left on sleep timer" it will say it cannot find any sleep timer.

Google sleep command no long works. Sleep sounds would stop after 1 hour. That stopped working. Then a request to play sleep sounds for 1 x hour also stopped working. None of this is working and no one is answering the questions as to when this will be fixed. As this is no longer something that works as advertised how do I ask for a refund?

Hi folks,

Our team is aware about sleep timers that aren’t working for turning off music at the specified time and are still working on a fix.

For ambient sound, Google made the decision to remove the end time based on user feedback. This behavior is intended, and we're currently investigating ways to build a comparable solution. Hope this helps explain!

For news and updates about sleep timers, keep an eye on the recommended answer on the main thread. If you have any other questions or concerns, feel free to start a new one for I will be locking this thread after 24 hours.

Best regards,

Dan
