Harmon kardon citation oasis speaker problem with volume on alarmy

I cannot get any column when the alarm sounds. I have turned up the volume to the maximum. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

I meant to say I don’t get any sound when the alarm goes off. The screen just blinks so the alarm is useless on the Harmon Kardon Citation speaker.

same here! Sometimes the alarm works, most times it doesn’t. Like you, when it doesn’t work, it just blinks.

@Roll-Tide, thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community. I understand your concern. Let me try my best to help you. Make sure that your speaker is getting a good Wi-Fi signal. You can try to do a reboot or full reset of your speaker then, observe if this will fix the issue.

Unfortunately the issue has not been resolved. I spoke with customer service twice. Very friendly and knowledgeable people but they, nor I, can fix the issue.
