A few weeks ago, one of my Google Hubs quit working.&amp;nbsp; It couldn't connect to WiFi anymore. We have two.&amp;nbsp; The second one was working. A few days later, the second one quit working. The second one a few days later just started working by itself again. But, the one I have at my desk is still broke. I called Google support and they did all the troubleshooting. Had me try setting it up on my phone hotspot and it still didn't work. So, I came to the conclusion the hub is defective. So, I just bought 2 new ones. I have opened one of them (other one still boxed up.)&amp;nbsp; I set it up and it worked.&amp;nbsp; Everything worked great for about 12 hours.&amp;nbsp; Now the new one is having the same exact issue.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;Since this started a few weeks ago until today, I have also upgraded my Internet which they gave me a brand new modem and router that Charter owns.&amp;nbsp; Everything is brand new.&amp;nbsp; New modem, new router and new Google Hub and having the same exact issue.&amp;nbsp; One difference there is that the one that works is in the same room as the router and this hub at my desk is upstairs, but still about 10 feet through the floor.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;But, I unplugged the one at my desk and brought it downstairs in the same room and it had the same problem.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;I'm baffled at what the problem is.&amp;nbsp; What's the chances of two Google Hubs being defective with the same defect?&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
