Having tried the Sleep monitoring feature for a few nights, I am quite happy with it. However, I am always cautious about wireless radiation though Google public disclosures have always been "very low power". I tried to google the exact power level, but I could only find "very low level".

After more searching, I finally found a FCC (governing body for radio waves) document that indicated that the Soli radar in the Nest Hub exceeds FCC safety limit. In fact, they had to get a waiver from the safety limit. The link for the FCC ruling can be found in: https://www.fcc.gov/document/google-llc-request-waiver-part-15-project-soli

Does anyone know whether the actual Nest Hub product really exeeds FCC limits? It is concerning as the device is 2 feet from my head 8 hours a day. I am actually thinking about replacing with the Echo Show 8...

good to know. thanks

i will search some more about this. i see the radar uses 60 ghz radiations, which is much higher frequency than the 1-6 ghz in ordinary wifi and cellphones. will just search for 60 ghz safety instead... thank you
