My Google Home Nest Audio won't connect to WiFi or internet connection.

Hello, since I change my WiFi, my Google Home Nest Audio lost its connection. I try multiple times to change the connection to my new WiFi, but it won't work.

I already try to restart my WiFi router but i think the router is not the problem, because right now all my other devices work well.

So i factory reset my google nest. After that, it still won't connect to my WiFi. It's just keep loading and trying to connect but always fail.

It's been 1 month and I really need help. Thank you if there is any answer that will help.
