Look ans talk not working

Hello,

The look and talk function doesn't work on my nest hub max. I have the latest fuschia software update, turned on all the settings as mentioned in Google's related post, using English US as a single language.

I can clearly see the three gray dots when looking at the device and see it listening to me with four colored dots, yet, the nest hub max never answers me.

Could someone help me with this issue?

Thanks for posting.

Certainly, that isn't the experience we want you to have with your Nest Hub Max and its features. Let's take a look at it. Thank you for keeping it on EN-US. It would help a lot if you could do a sequential reboot first. Unplug the power cord of your router followed by your Nest Hub Max. Plug them back in after 3 minutes or 5 minutes tops. Restarting your phone might also help.
