&lt;P&gt;We're sorry to hear about this experience. A few things I'd like to ask-- are you using the original power cable of your Google Nest Hub? Also, are there any instance wherein your Google Nest display has been dropped or bumped?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Since you've done performing a complete reset, could you please provide the cast firmware version of your Google Nest Hub?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To check which firmware version you're on, follow these steps:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Open the Google Home app &lt;IMG src="https://goo.gle/3zZ1gvn" alt="Google Home app" /&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Touch and hold your device's tile.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Tap Settings&lt;STRONG&gt; &lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;IMG src="https://goo.gle/3rO5lOg" alt="" /&gt; &lt;IMG src="https://goo.gle/3Q3jSAe" alt="and then" /&gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Device information&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Under "Technical information," check for&amp;nbsp;Cast firmware: "X.XXX.XXXXX."&amp;nbsp;If the device is on Fuchsia, check for System firmware version: "X.XXXXXXXX.X.XXXXXXX"&lt;/LI&gt;
