My device stopped saying the weather and now speaks German

I didn’t do anything to the nest but it suddenly stopped telling me the weather. I tried doing a reboot and then a factory reset, but it now won’t tell me the weather and has German as a display language. I don’t have German set as a Google assistant language.

MattBishop, checking back in if the suggested steps above help? If not, make sure your phone's language is set to your desired language and region. Try rebooting your router as well to refresh your connection.
