Google Home Devices - All Commands Converted to Keep Notes

If I, "Hey Google, take a note," and then speak the note, device responds normally. If I then say something like, "Hey Google, turn on the kitchen," it responds, "Saving your note." This does not appear to be a Continued Conversations bug since it can be a minute between interactions. If I wait a minute and say, "Hey Google, turn off the living room," it once again replies, "Saving your note," and saves the command into Keep. Started happening on Jan 5 (I am in the USA). It eventually starts working again but I can't figure out how to fix it myself.

Now I avoid using my devices to save a note to Keep since I don't want to be locked out to other functions.

Update it happens on my Pixel phone as well! Argh!

Thanks. It appears that it took a few days, but Google apparently addressed the issue and now my devices are responding as expected.
