Problem calling with the hub max

when i go to google home and click call my home devices, all my other devices ring except for the hub max which is the one i want to ring as i would like to do a video call. Has anyone else seen this?

also calling my phone from the hub max also does not work. Just shows missed call notifications but not the call itself.

this used to work awhile back but we havent tried it since duo and meet combined.

this only impacts the hub max and not the other google devices.

Hi John888,

I'm sorry to hear that making calls using your Nest Hub Max hasn't been working. Let's make sure we take the necessary steps to find a fix. For confirmation, are all your devices on the same network? Which number are you trying to call? Have you tried the duo calling instead? It would help a lot if you could do a sequential reboot first. Unplug the power cord of your router followed by your Nest speakers. Plug them back in after 3 minutes tops. Restarting your phone might also help.

Also, check out this guide and try the other options for our call feature.
