Thanks for reaching out.

By default, the language set on your Google Nest Hub is based on the region and language set on your phone. Try these steps to change your Google Assistant language:

Open the Google Home app.
At the top-right, tap the Account icon.
Tap Assistant settings > Languages.
Choose the preferred language to use instead. It will immediately apply to the selection.
