Switching music source

I have tried to switch my main music source from spotify to apple music but when I ask my google home to play a song, it says I don’t have spotify premium so it cant play it even though I’ve switched to apple music on the google home app and the google assistant app. I’ve tried turning my google home on and off, still no use. Please help!

Hey there, so yes you would need to set apple as your default service, and I always recommend a quick reboot to get things going.
