Google Nest Hub won't connect to WiFi.

Moved houses and my google nest is not connecting to the wifi and my google home, it can't get past the location. I've tried moving the nest, unplugging, and redownloading my google home app.

After you select location, does it not start looking for devices? Have you moved the same WiFi to your new house? If so then setting it back up again shouldn't be needed.

Factory reset the Nest Hub and the phone should see it's SSID broadcasting and in the app it should show at the top "set up......."

It's completely different wifi now and doesn't want to connect. And after I click my country it keeps going on the same page

@amortel, thanks for reaching out. This is not the experience that we wanted you to have, let me help you out. When you say location is this the location access setting on your phone? If so, you can enable that by going to your phone’s settings. Check the steps below.

iPhone: Go to Settings > Privacy & Security, then select Location Services. Select an app, then turn Precise Location on or off.

Android: Open your phone's Settings app. Under "Personal," tap Location access. At the top of the screen, turn Access to my location on or off.

Once done go ahead and continue the setup. Check this link for more information.

thank you for this but I've tried this too, still didn't want to let me get passed the location page after pressing next over and over again.
