Assistant stuttering, random restarts, and volume adjusting on it's own

Hi, my Google home display has been stuttering when replying to me and restarting randomly. It also raises the volume on its own sometimes.

I just unplugged it because it freaked me out. I asked it a question and it replied "I don't know but I found some results on the the the the..." And it kept going for over a minute until it restarted.

Thanks for reaching out. I am sorry to hear that your device is randomly restarting. That is definitely a concerning issue.

First, let's try to do a Factory Data Reset on your device.
- A factory reset will reset your Google Nest or Home speaker or display to its default factory settings.
- Note: This action will clear your data from the device and can't be undone.
