I try to open digital wellbeing settings in Google home in order to turn on sleep sensing but every time is tell me same error. What should I do?

We're sorry for the inconvenience and we're here to help. A few questions: what error message did you receive? Do you have any Digital Wellbeing features being used? Are you the account holder? Is your mobile device connected to the same Wi-Fi or linked to the same account as the speaker or display. Lastly, may I know your location?

It would help a lot if you could do a sequential reboot first:

Unplug the power cord of your router followed by your Nest speakers.
Plug them back in after 3 minutes tops.
Restarting your phone might also help.
