Nest mini can't find my phone

Hi,

It used to work great but now when i ask my google nest mini to find my phone it answers:

"I can't find any cellphones linked to your google account"

I can see my Samsung S22 in the devices list on my google account and google play, i can see the google nest mini on my google home app too (i have 2 nest mini, both same error) and when i enter google by web site incan find the cellphone...

Any help would be appreciated... 🙂

Hi LiorC,

That's not exactly the experience we want you to have ― let's check it out. When did this concern start happening? Are there changes on your Wi-Fi network? What's the make and model of your phone? It would help a lot if you could do a sequential reboot first:

Unplug the power cord of your router followed by your
Nest speakers. Plug them back in after 3 minutes tops.
Restarting your phone might also help.

So i asked my google mini "what is my email address?" And it answered some other mail i added to my google home lately so he would be able to control the devices in the house.

I did the "voice match" again from my phone and it started working again wheb it knew it was me 😉
