My Google Nest Hub 2nd Gen keeps switching off ever since I plug it fr the power source

My Google Nest Hub keeps switching off everytime I power off the device. I have tried rebooting the device, factory data reset the device. I have also tried by rebooting the device 11 times as mentioned in one of your threads but still the problem persists with me. So, kindly help me out in this situation. Thank you.

Why would your Nest Hub stay on if you unplug it or power it off? It doesn't have a battery.

Hi savinaysurbhikl,

MplsCustomer is correct and apologies for the confusion. Your Google Nest Hub doesn't have a built-in battery. It requires a constant power source for it to work properly. I hope you found the answers you're looking for.
