Thanks for reaching out. We've removed the serial number of your device for your security.

Serial numbers are provided to each device. May I ask where'd you get the serial number of your Nest Hub Max from? Was it from the devices directly or somewhere else? Did something happen to your device? If something happened to your Nest Hub Max, if so, it would help a lot if you could do a sequential reboot first:

Unplug the power cord of your router followed by your Nest speakers.
Plug them back in after 3 minutes tops.
Restarting your phone might also help.
