Google Nest Audio stopped working and will not Factory Reset (Lights not on)

Hi,

I recently bought a Google Nest Audio and it was working fine. As of tonight though it has completely stopped functioning, and I have no idea why. Lights do not turn on under any circumstance. I've attempted to reconnect it via my Google Home app, but it could not find the device. I've plugged it into several different outlets, each one functioning with other devices, but it does not seem to power my device. I've attempted a factory reset, but I'm not able to trigger any of the buttons I'm assuming due to the lack off power.
I've attempted this fix, but the lights it mentioned should turn on never turn on:

General troubleshooting
Reboot your speaker or display. Disconnect the power cable from your device.
Make sure your device recognizes the hotword. Say “Hey Google” to your speaker or display.
Make sure your device recognized the question correctly.
Adjust the hotword sensitivity of your device.
