How do I change the voice on only one Nest Mini device within our household?

My Google Assistant is set up to have the 'orange' voice, and I want the same voice on my own Nest Mini. However, my housemates want their Nest Minis to have the 'red' voice. Previously, each Nest Mini had a different voice, independent of the others, but now for some reason they are all the same. If we try to change one, all other devices within our household are changed as well. Our phones, however, all keep the voice that we have selected for our individual Google Accounts. How do I make my Nest Mini voice different to the other Nest Mini voices in the same household?
