Unable to connect or reset Google Nest Audio Speaker

Hello.

I am unable to perform a factory reset on my Google Nest Audion. I followed the steps at

and at

to no avail. I tried the first method of turning the mic off and pushing the top button and I also tried the power cycling the speaker 10 times in the advanced troubleshooting step. Now, all the lights go off for a couple of minutes and then come back on and flash for 15 to 20 seconds and go out again and so on. I’ve kept the speaker on for 30 minutes and the pattern repeats. I have 5 other speakers in my home that are working perfectly.

Can you help to fixe this problem please.
