Customize App Shortcuts (Not add apps)

I posted this question yesterday, but was given an answer not related to the question and locked out of replying to get clarification. So, I'm going to try again with a little more detail.

When you swipe up from the bottom on the Nest Hub Max it shows you 6 application shortcuts or icons and a See All button. Unfortunately, not a single one of the app shortcuts are of any use to me. How do I change these 6 shortcuts to apps that I actually use on this device?

LovelyM replied that the Nest Hub Max comes with preinstalled apps and I can't add any others. That was not the question. I realize I am stuck with what Google thinks I should use. I'm asking how do I change those initial 6 shortcuts to some of the ones I actually use. I don't use Sling, Pandora, Spotify, or any of the others that ALWAYS show up. The ones I do use, YT TV, Netflix, Shopping, Calendar, Duo and a couple of others, NEVER show up in that initial list. The one at the top of the See All menu as well. How do I change those shortcuts?

Thanks for reaching out again. I totally understand that this is a good feature to use with your Nest Hub Max, but it isn’t available. I'd suggest you submit feedback about it, here's how.
