    <description>&lt;P&gt;Set up a new router and no old Google home devices can communicate. Consistently make it to the last step in the setup only to get an error, "could not communicate".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried shutting off and unplugging devices, then reconnecting after a whole day. Also tried uninstalling and reinstalling app. Any other ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I do have some questions to help us diagnose things.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;UL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Is your WiFi network a Google or Nest WiFi setup?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Have you tried factory resetting any of the devices and setting them up again?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Which devices are failing setup?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Appreciate the reach-out Jeff! Your questions prompted me to try factory resetting - which solved the problem for my Google Home Minis &amp;amp; Chromecast. The only device that can't connect now is the Nest Audio.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Answering your questions below:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Is your WiFi network a Google or Nest WiFi setup?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;No, it's a Netgear router. &lt;A href="https://www.netgear.com/home/wifi/routers/rax10/" target="_self"&gt;Product linked here&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Have you tried factory resetting any of the devices and setting them up again?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;Factory Resetting successfully solved most of the devices, but not the Nest Audio. The directions I found online were to mute the microphone, then hold the top/center, but this doesn't seem to work for me. I'm not getting a response that the device is resetting.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Which devices are failing setup?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;A single Google Nest Audio now.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>
