      <title>Hub Max Zoom screen blank</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Every time I try to join a Zoom meeting it tells me to enter the meeting ID but the screen is blank.&amp;nbsp; This will lock up my display and I have to reset it in order to do anything else.&amp;nbsp; I have seen this has been an issue for quite some time now.&amp;nbsp; Are they going to fix it?&amp;nbsp; I bought this device specifically for my zoom calls and now I'm thinking about returning all of my Google home devices if I can't get this feature to work since it's the only reason I bought the Hub Max.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

A few things: when did your issue begin? When you did the factory reset, was it the same steps as what you see in this&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://goo.gle/32c7nIF" target="_blank"&gt;link&lt;/A&gt;? Was it working before and just had some recent changes made? Have you tried Duo calling to see the difference?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It would help a lot if you could do a sequential reboot first:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Unplug the power cord of your router followed by your Nest speakers.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Plug them back in after 3 minutes tops.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Restarting your phone might also help.&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Let’s&amp;nbsp;make sure “Personal Results” is enabled:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Open the Google Home App and select your Nest Hub Max device.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Tap the gear icon in the upper right for Settings.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;From the Settings page, tap Recognition &amp;amp; sharing.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;From the Recognition &amp;amp; sharing page tap Recognition &amp;amp; personalization.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;From the Recognition &amp;amp; personalization page enable the Allow personal results toggle.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Check this&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://goo.gle/3IBLJor" target="_blank"&gt;guide&lt;/A&gt; for more information.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Chiming in, thanks for sharing the video. To confirm, does it happen to all Zoom meetings? Have you tried using a different Zoom account to check if you will have the same issue? Also, please provide the firmware version of your Nest Hub Max. Follow these steps below to know-how:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Open the Google Home app Google Home app.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Touch and hold your device's tile.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Tap Settings &amp;nbsp;and then Device information.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Under 'Technical information', check for Cast firmware: 'X.XXX.XXXXX'. If the device is on Fuchsia, check for system firmware version: 'X.XXXXXXXX.X.XXXXXXX'&lt;/LI&gt;
