Microphone problem while connecting to bluetooth speaker

Hi guys, I connected google nest mini to my Bluetooth speakers. But my Bluetooth speaker has a microphone too. So, where is the assistant hearing me? On the nest mic or my Bluetooth speaker?

Hey Vixwoke,

Great question! To confirm, do your Bluetooth speakers have a built-in Google Assistant? If not, all voice commands will use your Google Nest Mini's microphone. Also, all media playback will play on the external speaker that’s paired with your Nest Mini, while alarms, timers and Google Assistant's responses will play on your Nest Mini. Ahh thanks! I was confused before:D I thought the microphone is going to my bluetooth speaker (without built in google assistant).
