Hi Bentmik47,

This is not the experience we wanted you to have, let me help you. A few things: when did your issue begin? Were there any recent changes made? What country are you located in? For confirmation, are both your Nest Hubs 2nd Gen on a Danish language or you don’t want them to be in Danish?

It would help a lot if you could do a sequential reboot first:

Unplug the power cord of your router followed by your Nest speakers.
Plug them back in after 3 minutes.
Restarting your phone might also help.
