Nest hub doesn’t connect to vidafone 5G home internet

Hi i change my wifi with Vodafone 5G home internet and then all my smart device couldn’t connect to the wifi, when i change it with the NBN wifi everything is fine, anyone can help me with this issue, i already done the restart several times and also connect with the 2,4ghz band but it still doesn’t work with the 5G home internet

I'm not really following exactly what you're trying to do, but if you're changing Wi-Fi networks, Google Nest has no way to update the Wi-Fi settings stored on many Google Nest devices. So the general process is to remove the Google Nest device from the Google Nest app or Google Home app, do a factory reset, update the Wi-Fi, and then reinstall.
