Hi Trung91,

That certainly hasn’t been easy for you — was the male Google Assistant voice working before or is this the first time trying it out? What country are you located and where did you buy your Nest Mini? What is the error message when trying to change it?

Here are the complete steps to take:

Make sure your mobile device or tablet is connected to the same Wi-Fi network or linked to the same account as your speaker or display.
Open the Google Home app.
At the top right, tap your account.
Verify that the Google Account shown is the one linked to your speaker or display. To switch accounts, tap the triangle next to the Google Account, then tap another account or Add another account.
Tap Assistant settings > Assistant voice.
Choose a voice.

One more thing, Google Assistant on Nest Mini does not support Vietnamese language voice ?
